When polymer emulsion is used as coating, binder, chemical fiber, fabric, leather, paper and other surface treatment agent, its film forming property is one of the important technical indexes. The researchers continually improved their technical specifications and formulations in order to produce new products with lower film forming temperatures. Therefore, the detection of the minimum film forming temperature (MFT) is an important indicator of this kind of coating, and it can conveniently measure the ideal instrument of MFT. MFT minimum film-forming temperature measurement instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB9267-2008, it is a new generation of film tester has many advantages at home and abroad test instrument, and the integration of the desktop, energy saving, wide working platform, accurate temperature measurement method, as a leader in similar instruments.
