特點:本制劑主要由鎂、鈉、鉀、鈣等氯鹽和氟鹽組成,由於配方精密,液態密度,黏度合適,具有的精練效果,兼有覆蓋保護作用。比重為1.8-2.0與合金液有較大的比重差,化學穩定性好,不與合金、爐襯和爐氣發生化學反應,不產生熔劑雜質。有害氣體量少,符合工業衛生標準及廢氣排放要求。

用途:適用於鎂、鎂合金及鋁鎂合金。

  使用方法:用量2-3%。當鎂合金採用電阻坩鍋爐熔煉升溫***740℃時,不斷撒入精煉劑於液面,同時用精煉勺上下攪動,使鎂液循環流動,以延長熔劑液滴的流程,增加熔劑與氧化夾雜接觸吸附機會,通常保持10分鐘左右液面呈光亮鏡面為止

Usage: 2-3% dosage. When magnesium alloys are melted in resistance crucible boilers and heated to 740 C, the refining agent is continuously sprayed on the liquid surface. At the same time, the refining spoon is stirred up and down to make the magnesium liquid circulate, so as to prolong the flow of flux droplets and increase the chance of contact and adsorption between flux and oxide inclusions. Usually, the liquid surface remains bright mirror for about 10 minutes.
