1 犧牲陽極的工作表面可為鑄造面。
2 犧牲陽極工作面應無氧化渣，毛刺，飛邊，等缺陷，犧牲陽極所有表面允許長度不超過50mm,深度不超過5mm 橫向細裂紋在，但不允許有裂紋團存在。
3 犧牲陽極工作面允許有鑄造孔，但其深度不得超過陽極厚度的10%，大深度不得超出10mm。
4 犧牲陽極工作面應保持幹凈，不得沾有油漆和油污等。
