Aluminum

ALUMINIO ALLOY ZINC ALUMEC-79

Application and uses
Matrices: For injection
Molds: For plastic injection
Molds: For rubber injected, shoes and boots.
Molds: For injected. It(He,She) skims off polyethylene, FOAM
Molds: Of embuticiÌon deep. On Empty.
Molds: Blow/ made by blowing.
Support for plastic molds.
Molds: For extrusion of plastic.
Molds: robotic prototypes.

Properties
High conductive thermal. Thermal conductivity is four times superior to Steel which allows you to work more efficiently and better when it comes to producing plastics or rubber.
Automation of high precision cuts reduce time delays and has an excellent quality with its precised cuts.
Easy to use, The weight of Aluminum is 61% inferior to Steel or 1/3 of its weight which facilitates the manipulation of the metal.
Stable Dimensions, during the production there are two states which are the framework and a strecthed position, which assures the most complete and stable dimension.

Resistance to Corrosion: it¡¬s resistant to all plastics and that is why there is no need to place a crome or nikel finish, even though it is allowed.
SOLDERING has a good attribute which can be soldered to the sistemas of TIG and MIG.
ELECTRO GALVANIZACIÌoN It can be crome, nikel and can be gold plated to resist 100% damage from Sodium Chloride.
ADONIZADO I LAST the ALUMEC-79 Can be hardened superficially by means of this operation, reaching a superficial hardness of 65 Re.
Application: the resistances of ALUMEC-79 contributes to an increase in life span of the utility of the molds. Thanks to the mechanical characteristics it can be utilized for example: for the same plates of thickness of steel. when creating Aluminum, you must not forget the felixibility of Aluminum, which is three times superior to steel which is aproximated at. 70 KN/mm2 (front aprox. 210 KN/mm2, for steel) at a good temperature. For this reason we must analyze and apply Inertia in the different types of metal plates to limit the effects of the arrows. For this reason it is necessary to analyze and come the case to increase for every case of application.COUPLE(PAR) OF INERTIA of the different plates, to limit the effects of the arrow that can manage to be necessary to use plate that presents a COUPLE OF INERTIA three times mas raised. With everything, the saving weight will be of the order of 50 %.
