簡介：離子遷移實驗裝置是一種信賴性試驗設備，原理為印刷電路板上給予一固定的直流
電壓（BIAS VOLTAGE）,經過長時間的測試（1∼1000小時）並觀察線路是否有瞬間短路的
現象發生（ION MIGRATION）,並記錄阻抗變化狀況，故又叫做CAF試驗，絕緣阻力電阻試驗，或者是OPEN/SHORT試驗，我們將其統稱為絕緣劣化試驗。（ION MIGRATION TESTING）
